CUSTOMER SERVICE

Now, with great pleasure I would like to take the time to introduce you to my customer service team, Loral and Ronnel Raphael. The hiring process was exhaustive to say the least, but this forum is important and we had to make it right. A lot of travel was involved in the interview process but I am grateful that it led me to my new tremendous associates. They show great promise and have excelled internationally in their field.

You can write Loral and Ronnel here to raise any general queries or if you have any comments, critiques or concerns. We are happy to be in business with you and will strive to go above and beyond your expectations in customer service.

In fact, we feel so strongly about this small but astute team, that we are willing to go out into the field for you. As ambassadors and patrons of exceptional service we will make it our duty to praise or denounce (hopefully the former) any experience you have had as a citizen of earth.

Perhaps you need to let a hotel know about a recent stay, if it was pleasurable and/or unsatisfactory at the same time. Maybe a deli is feeling unsanitary, maybe you have some rabbinical advice for you local bagelry - we are here to let you know all respective establishments need to know. So please write us and we can help you get the message to the man.

There is no request too big or too small, we want to help make it right. Rates are on a sliding scale and we regret to inform you that we cannot accept insurance at this time.

Our business is international and we do not suffer fools or mediocrity. We want all future experiences to reign supreme and transcend all of the unsatisfactory experiences that you can now put behind you.

Where do we go from here?

Respectfully,

Zachary, Loral and Ronnel
